To cancel your subscription, you will need to follow the steps below. As stated in our Terms of Service you are solely responsible for properly canceling your subscription.
1. Log in to your account
2. On the left part of the screen, go to "Settings"
3. Choose "Billing". Then click the on the Subscription you would like to cancel.
5. Click "Cancel"
Please make sure to follow all the prompts so your account will be canceled entirely.
