Generally speaking, we will start tracking your engagement stats (Mentions, Retweets, Favorites) as soon as you sign up for a premium account. However, we do collect you last 800 mentions and the retweets that you’ve received for you latest 1,200 tweets from the moment you bought a premium plan (or joined a free trial) and backwards.
